Pay Per Click (PPC) Best Practice
Pay per click (PPC) campaigns are a proven way to attract visitors to your website and for many businesses, a well-managed campaign, which is regularly monitored and updated and has an appropriate budget, has improved sales dramatically.
Dreamscape Solutions runs PPC campaigns for a number of businesses in the UK and consistently strives to improve click through rates (CTRs) to get more traffic to companies' websites.
A well-managed PPC campaign is clearly structured and contains a number of ad groups themed to the product – it's no use jumbling all of your products into one ad group, cramming it with keywords and hoping for the best! Some practitioners will restrict their clients to a number of ad groups – this does not and cannot work: a PPC campaign grows and reproduces over time. What starts off as four ad groups can, as statistics are analyzed and utilized, become eight ad groups, then sixteen...You get the picture?
Exploit the most frequently searched upon keywords. Make them work hard for you. Ensure that specific search terms have appropriate landing pages in your website. If a user knows specific product terms such as SKH233, Seiko Kinetic Watch, he doesn't want to land on a web page which is cluttered with other brands.
Engage with your visitor. Try to get into his mind-set. What does he want? He wants quality, reassurance, best deals etc. Give them to him. Ensure that the visit to your site is professional and smooth.
With this in mind, a PPC campaign will work hard for you. Dreamscape Solutions always employs these techniques and best practice. If you think that your business needs to become more visible online, contact us today and we will tailor a campaign to beat your competitors.

Business Success Stories for Women and Dreamscape
Dreamscape Solutions, the Manchester-based website design agency, has been commissioned to create a whole new web site for
Women In Business, Belfast. The network supports the growing number of female entrepreneurs and is a great vehicle for enabling business women to meet, exchange ideas and develop working partnerships with others.
The new website will raise the profile of the network and reflect its ethos and vision...As
Charlotte Whitton states, "
Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily, this is not difficult..."
Some of us, in our dreams, think of owning a luxury yacht and cruising the Riviera. Dreamscape Solutions has been charged with creating a website for
Folio Charter, a supplier of exclusive
Ferretti Yachts for charter or purchase. On the new website an enquirer can select his/her sailing port, type of yacht and embark on an experience of a lifetime.

While Canto Technologies work to keep your IT needs running smoothly and efficiently, they do not provide web site design - which is where we at Dreamscape can help!
If your company appears to have outgrown its hardware, you are plagued with spam or you are suffering with server problems, then contact Duncan Somerville, Canto's Technical Director...and if you need a website or traffic management, contact Dreamscape...how perfect is that?!

Onwards and Upwards...More New Business!
Manchester-based recruitment agency,
Heads Recruitment, has recently given the seal of approval to
Dreamscape Solutions Ltd and commissioned us to develop a bespoke website to cater for the needs of employers and potential employees. This new website will be taken to the forefront of the search engines by a Search Engine Optimisation and Pay-Per-Click campaign.
Recruitment Agencies definitely like our web site designs, as evinced by our recent experience with
Monarch Recruitment earlier this year!
Clarity Copiers, based on
Carrington Business Park, Manchester, has also given the green light to a new website, and Traffic Management campaign, which is in development even as we write.
Breakfast for Business representative, Roger Jackson, has visited us in our Manchester office to tell us all about the morning network events which are run on a weekly basis across Cheshire and Manchester. So, if you want to network with other early birds and enjoy a full-cooked English breakfast, get in touch with Roger.

Networking in the Northwest
Our online marketing manager, Ms Dalton, attended the
Networking4Business event in the
Castlefield Rooms, Manchester yesterday, 3 May. In attendance were many movers and shakers from various industry sectors in Manchester and the Northwest. Networking4Business events give businessmen and women the opportunity to meet others and create reciprocal links. The events don't have any formal structure - it's a chance to get in there, chat to people and learn about the economy in your area.
The event was very well attended and included such reputable businesses as
Business for Breakfast,
Peter Hattersley and Partners,
Norman Fryman Photographers,
Simpson Burgess Nash,
360 Spin and newcomers to the graphic design scene,
Creative Hero.
The event was sponsored by
pro2col, the photographic & digital imaging company, whose first prize in the business card draw was a full promotional banner for the lucky winner's company. It doesn't appear as though luck followed Ms Dalton yesterday, however, as she only came away with business cards and some biscuits for the journey home...

In the News...
Manchester-based website developers and online marketers,
Dreamscape Solutions have found themselves covered in
The Northwest Business Club's April newsletter for their recent work with
Liverpool HIV Pharmacology Group delivering vital drugs information to medical professionals using interactive PDA technology. A rather flattering photograph of our handsome, charismatic director, Bernard McCabe complements the text perfectly (Do I get a payrise for this, Bernard?).
We've also been covered by the
Liverpool Daily Post informing readers just how much traffic we have driven to the
Liverpool Tennis Tournament's website...tickets are still available for some of the matches being played from 12 June to 17 June, but they are selling fast. So if you want to be sure of an exciting day out,
book tickets now!
We're out and about, busy
networking, busy bringing in new website, online marketing and internet solutions business and most of us are looking forward to the long weekend!
With the wonderful weather we have been having, let's hope it stays this way! Hope you all enjoy yourselves!
